Creates a bright turquoise shade with a green undertone.

A balanced, fresh, zingy aqua. All Crazy Color Rapid Toners work well on their own or as a pre-tone before applying semi-permanent colour for added longevity. Our creamy formula contains Shea Butter, Oleic Acid, Grapeseed Oil, Sunflower Oil and Glycerine which help moisturise, nourish and protect the hair while adding shine for healthy, hydrated results.

• Shades are intermixable between the Rapid Toner range 
• Can NOT be mixed with Crazy Color Semi-permanent range 
• It is recommended to use Crazy Color volume 6 developer , but you can also use 10 volume
• Mixing ratio is 1:2 (Toner -  Developer) , for softer results 1:3 or 1:4 
• Apply to dry or damp hair
• Can last up to 8 washes
• Best use on hair that has been pre lightened to level 8-10
